Bring your own number
Link a number you control by QR — safe, no throwaway registrations. A guided onboarding walks you through keeping it separate (eSIM-friendly, multiple accounts in one WhatsApp app) and sends a test message to prove it works.
Group selection
DropManager auto-discovers the WhatsApp groups your number is in. Toggle exactly which ones to include, and attach a group to a drop. Run up to 10 groups.
Understand every order
AI order parsing
Buyers type naturally — “2x A en 1 B”, “nog 3”, “toch maar niet” — in Dutch, English, French or German. Claude extracts the intent: add, update, cancel, or cancel-all, with quantities, by product marking.
Confidence gate
Three tiers: ≥ 0.85 applies automatically with a ✅; 0.6–0.85 applies but is flagged; below that (or ambiguous) it never guesses — it goes to a review queue. We don’t guess on money.
Markings
Give each item in a drop a short descriptor — A, B, 1, 2 — the label buyers type in chat. The AI matches messages to products by that marking.
Group & private sales
Regulars who DM the seller during a live drop are recognised and booked as individual sales, tracked separately from group orders.

A reusable catalogue — name, year/variant, price, SKU. Archive what you’re not selling. Attach products to any drop.
Drops
A timed sales window. Add products with a marking, price, quantity, and min/max per buyer. Open, close, or cancel — with live status.
Atomic stock engine
Race-safe reservations: when two people grab the last unit at once, exactly one wins. It is mathematically impossible to oversell, even under a flood of messages.
Review queue
Low-confidence or ambiguous messages land here. Approve to apply to stock, or reject — per drop, right next to the chat.

Manage the people you sell to — name, company, email, phone, and shipping address — and see which numbers they own.
Sales
Record sales, attach them to a drop, and view sales by drop. Track totals and paid revenue at a glance.
Payments
Connect your own Mollie or Stripe. Send hosted payment links per sale, or paste a custom link. Track status: open → link sent → paid / failed / refunded. We never hold your customers’ funds.
Fulfilment & monitoring
Shipments
Connect PostNL or DPD with your own API key to generate shipping labels and track-and-trace emails — or paste a tracking link by hand. A scheduled job keeps shipment statuses up to date.
