Payment links that chase themselves
Connect your own Mollie or Stripe account and DropManager handles the rest: links over WhatsApp, paid-confirmations within a minute, and one automatic retry when a payment fails. Money goes straight to you — we never touch it.
How it works

Connect your provider
Paste your Mollie or Stripe API key in Settings. The active provider generates every link; keys are stored per organisation and used server-side only.

Confirm orders into sales
When you confirm a drop order it becomes a sale, the buyer gets a personal confirmation DM, and — if their address is unknown — DropManager asks for it in the same chat.

Send payment links — one or a hundred
Per sale or in bulk: a hosted payment link is created, stored on the sale, and DM'd to the buyer. Already-paid or already-linked sales are skipped automatically.

Paid status, within a minute
Mollie's webhook confirms most payments in seconds; an every-minute fallback check guarantees the status never lags more than a minute. The buyer gets a thank-you DM, the sale flips to paid.

Failed payments retry themselves
If a payment fails or the link expires, DropManager generates exactly one fresh link and DMs it with a friendly nudge. No spam — one automatic retry, then it's flagged for you.

Your money, directly
Payments settle into your own Mollie/Stripe account. DropManager has no access to funds — it only creates links and reads statuses.
A full audit trail
Every sale keeps an activity log: link created, DM queued, status changes, payment received. Open any sale and see exactly what happened, when.
Bulk without double-sends
Select 50 sales and hit "Send payment links" — paid, cancelled and already-linked sales are skipped server-side, with a count of what was skipped and why.
iDEAL-first
Hosted Mollie pages mean iDEAL, cards and everything else your account supports — on the buyer's phone, two taps from the chat.
