1. Connect your number

Go to Numbers and follow the onboarding wizard. Use a dedicated number you control — your own SIM or an eSIM line. Keep it separate: once linked to DropManager, don’t also use it on WhatsApp Web, Desktop, or any other device. Scan the QR from Settings → Linked devices and send a quick test message.

2. Pick your groups

DropManager discovers the WhatsApp groups your number is in. On the Numbers page, toggle which ones to monitor (include in the system). You can run up to 10 groups.

3. Build your catalogue

Under Products, add the items you sell (name, optional year/variant, price). These are reusable across drops.

4. Create a drop

A “drop” is a timed sale window. Create one, attach products with a short descriptor (A, B, 1…) — the label buyers type in chat — set a price, quantity, and min/max per buyer. Attach the drop to a group, then open it.

5. Orders parse themselves

As people post “2x A en 1 B”, the AI extracts the order, decrements stock atomically (no overselling), and reacts with a ✅. Low-confidence or ambiguous messages go to the review queue for a human decision. Private messages from group members during the window are booked as individual sales, tracked separately from group sales.

6. Close & get paid

Close the drop when you’re done. Connect Mollie or Stripe in Settings, then send payment links to your sales — or paste your own link. Track status from open → payment link sent → paid.
