Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 June 2026
These terms govern your use of DropManager (“the Service”), operated by Webroots. By using the Service you agree to them. This is a plain-language template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
1. The Service
DropManager helps sellers run sales in WhatsApp groups: it reads incoming messages, parses orders, tracks stock, and produces payment links. It connects to a WhatsApp number you provide and control as a linked device.
2. Invitation & eligibility
Access is currently by invitation only. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Bring your own number & WhatsApp
The Service uses an unofficial WhatsApp client. This may violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service, and numbers can be rate-limited or banned. You acknowledge and accept this risk, you use a number you control, and you keep it separate (not linked to other devices/sessions). We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
4. Your responsibilities
- Comply with all laws applicable to your sales, including age-restricted goods (e.g. alcohol) and consumer law.
- Obtain any consents required to process the personal data of your group members.
- Not use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal goods, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
5. Payments & subscription
The subscription is €199 per month (or annually with one month free). Buyer payments are processed through your own connected Mollie or Stripe account — DropManager never holds your customers’ funds. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Webroots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost sales, or account bans arising from your use of WhatsApp automation.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create risk to the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the competent courts there.
