Do I need a separate phone?
No. Add a dedicated line as an eSIM on your existing phone. WhatsApp now supports multiple accounts in one app, so your personal and sales numbers run side by side. Link the sales one to DropManager.
Which languages does it understand?
Dutch, English, French, and German natively — buyers can mix languages, use slang, typos, and emoji.
Can it oversell?
No. Stock changes are atomic and race-safe. When two people grab the last unit at once, exactly one wins.
How do buyers pay?
Close a drop and send Mollie or Stripe payment links from your own connected account, or paste a custom link. DropManager never holds your customers' funds.
Do private (DM) orders count?
Yes. A private message from a group member during an open drop is recognised and booked as an individual sale, tracked separately from group orders.
How many groups can I run?
Up to 10 groups per account.
What does it cost?
€199 per month, or pay yearly and get one month free (€2,189/year ≈ €182/month).
