Fulfilment
Paid → shipped in one click
Addresses are collected and verified in the WhatsApp chat itself. When a sale is paid, one click books the parcel with PostNL, stores the label PDF, and sends the buyer their track & trace — then the status keeps itself up to date.
How it works
- 1
Connect PostNL
Your own PostNL API key, customer code and sender address in Settings. A sandbox toggle lets you test the whole flow without shipping anything real.
- 2
Addresses collect themselves
When you confirm an order from a buyer without an address on file, DropManager asks for it in the chat and verifies the reply against the official Dutch BAG register — street, postcode and city land correctly formatted on the customer record.
- 3
Click Ship
On a paid sale — single or fifty at once. DropManager creates the shipment from the verified address, reserves a real 3S barcode, books it with PostNL, and stores the label PDF.
- 4
Buyer gets track & trace
A WhatsApp message with the tracking link goes out the moment the label exists. Buyers without WhatsApp get it by email instead.
- 5
Statuses update themselves
A scheduled check polls PostNL: registered → in transit → delivered, with an automatic email to the buyer on the transitions that matter.
Handled for you
- Address ask + BAG verification, in the buyer's own chat
- Real PostNL barcodes and bookings — no copy-pasting
- Label PDFs stored and printable per parcel or in bulk
- Track & trace to the buyer (WhatsApp, email fallback)
- Status polling and delivered-notifications
Always your call
- When a sale ships — nothing ships without your click
- Carrier setup and sender address
- Manual tracking links for parcels you book elsewhere
- Packing slips — print them with the labels, or not at all
In detail
Batch printing
Select your paid sales and print all shipping labels as one PDF — and matching packing slips with the order lines, generated on the spot.
BAG-verified addresses
Every address typed in chat is checked against the national address register before it reaches a label. "1094CV 8" becomes Delistraat 8, Amsterdam — guaranteed deliverable.
Sandbox mode
Flip one toggle and labels + tracking run against PostNL's sandbox: test the whole pipeline, ship nothing, pay nothing.
One shipment per sale
Shipping is idempotent: clicking twice, or including an already-shipped sale in a bulk run, never creates duplicate parcels or repeated messages.
