During the drop

Watch your drop sell, live

While the group buzzes, you watch one calm screen: every message with its parse result, stock bars draining in realtime, revenue ticking up, and the rare judgment call waiting for a one-click decision.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open the drop page

Revenue, unique buyers, sell-through and group size on top; the live chat, products and outgoing-message queue below. Everything on this screen updates by itself.

  2. 2

    Messages parse before your eyes

Each incoming message shows its result: ✓ applied to stock, ? needs your review, ✕ dismissed. Click any message to see exactly how the AI understood it.

  3. 3

    Decide the edge cases inline

Low-confidence orders show what was understood and why it was flagged, with explicit buttons: approve and apply, or reject with no changes. Auto-applied borderline cases can be undone in one click — stock comes back.

  4. 4

    Stock and revenue stay truthful

The stock engine is race-safe: two buyers grabbing the last bottle resolves to exactly one winner, and the meters reflect it instantly. Sold-out products announce themselves to the group.

  5. 5

Close it from the same screen

Close the drop (or let it auto-close when everything sells out), post the closing announcement, and slide straight into confirmations, payment links and shipping — without leaving the page.

Handled for you

  • Realtime updates — no refresh button needed during a drop
  • Parse status on every message (applied / review / dismissed)
  • Stock meters, revenue and buyer counts that update live
  • Sold-out and almost-gone announcements to the group
  • Auto-close when the whole drop sells out

Always your call

  • Approve or reject every flagged order
  • Hold all group posts in a review queue — or send directly
  • Manual messages to the group, anytime
  • Late orders after closing — add them with AI help

In detail

The chat, annotated

Not a copy of WhatsApp — a working view: who ordered what, what the AI did with it, and which messages still need a human.

Outgoing message queue

Flip one switch and every automated group post waits for your edit/approve before it's sent. DMs to buyers always go out.

Per-drop numbers

Revenue, unique buyers, time-to-sell-out and sell-through percentage per drop — the numbers you quote when sourcing the next case.

Orders and sales as tabs

Incoming group orders on one tab, the resulting sales on the other — with the same bulk actions (confirm, payment links, ship, print) as the main sales page.
